1951 - Initial Mentor Training (Session 1 - Register Retroactively): Work with mentees is well underway, and we would like to support the work that is already being done. In this session, information about the mentor program will be shared. The goals of this training are to develop a shared understanding of culturally responsive practices, identify ways to build relationships with mentees, and practice delivering feedback. In addition to providing mentors with tools to take back to their mentees, we will make time to answer any remaining questions in order to support mentor needs.
